Mountain Lion Trappers
Mountain Lion Trappers are bringing their legendary Rock n’ Roll covers back to the beerfest! This band has been with Head for Hills since the beginning, and the dance party gets bigger every year. Spanning music from 1950s to present day, this seasoned group offers a wide variety of music that is sure to get the Trafalgar Sports Park rocking on Saturday evening. Mountain Lion Trappers will be sure to finish Head for the Hills on a high note!
The Jake Chisholm Band
Inspired by classic blues, soul and rock n’ roll, Jake Chisholm’s tasteful yet intricate guitar work and songwriting evokes vivid and shameless tales of love, lust, and lessons learned. An in-demand session player on the Toronto jazz & blues scene, Chisholm earned a reputation as a talented and respected vocalist/guitar player. There is a sincerity in Chisholm’s music that is immediately identifiable. No fancy bells and whistles here, just a deep and full sound that is a fresh take on blues and adding rock ‘n’ roll elements.
The Moonwalks
The Moonwalks are a female singer fronted 5-piece dance-rock cover band that has been entertaining audiences since 2012. The Moonwalks have performed over 100 shows over the last decade and have the experience and charisma to create an energetic musical experience. With cover songs from the 1960s through to today, crowds can hear everything from Led Zeppelin to Bruno Mars.
Dufferin County Line
Dufferin County Line is a modern country band with classic country roots. Founded by lead singer Kevin Kinsella, Dufferin County Line (DCL) has been performing on stages across southern Ontario since 2015 playing a mix of today’s top 40 country hits and yesterday’s classics. Along with Kevin Kinsella DCL is rounded out by top notch instrumentalists, Jason Pinhay (drums/mandolin & vocals) and Dan Kokol (lead guitar/mandolin & vocals). Kevin Kinsella’s original song “Cowgirl” has been receiving regional radio play on Country 105 in Shelburne & 91.7 in Erin!
